One of the links doesn't work.

But I imagine you're comparing 960 and R9 380.

The R9 380 is better than the 960

That case is pretty horrible.

I would go for a minimum of a 500w psu

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

I think he meant to link this one.  The only difference is that the FTW edition comes with a slightly higher factory overclock (35mhz between the two which is basically inconsequential) and has 4gb of vram compared to 2gb of the other one.

Can you give your total budget for the build?  I want to see if I can help improve anything. The gtx 960 is pretty weak for some of the more demanding titles out there.

MONEY ISN'T AN ISSUE

You could be building a much more powerful pc then if thats the case.

Also that case you have chosen isnt very good at all.

Are you going for more of a smaller form pc?

That case is too small for your motherboard. I would recommend a full-tower ATX case from a good company like, Bitfenix, NZXT, Coolermaster etc.

The first link is broken.

It all looks pretty solid. Here's a couple of points though:

  • That case is a micro ATX case, whereas you're wanting to use an ATX motherboard. Obviously it's not going to fit, so I would recommend a midi-tower or full tower. A midi-tower like a Bitfenix, Cooler Master, etc etc will do the job just fine.
  • The GTX 960 is an excellent card. However, the 4GB version isn't really worth it. I would recommend an R9 380 4GB instead if you MUST have 4GB of VRAM. You'll find that the 2GB version is adequate for modern games. As long as you don't mind turning down a texture or shadow here and there, the 960 is an excellent card. I could run most games at 1080p, very high details, 60 fps when I used one.
  • For your build, I recommend a 500W PSU. If you want a little growing room you could get a 650W, but 500W should do the job just fine. EVGA 550GS/650GS would both be an excellent choice. They are a little more expensive than other small capacity examples, but they have excellent build quality and are 80+ Gold efficient. However, the thing that's most important about a PSU is not its power rating but its QUALITY. A build could easily be damaged or completely destroyed by a poor quality power supply, and can even be a fire hazard. Always read power supply reviews on JonnyGuru or HardOCP (my personal choice) for power supply reviews.

What's your budget and what kind of games do you play? If it's games like CS:GO, LoL or any other undemanding games, you'll find you can spend A LOT less and still run at 1080p 60 fps. However, if you're playing GTA V, TW3, Crysis 3 etc etc. you're going to have to beef up the hardware. Kind of like what you have in mind, actually. It's just a point to consider.

Well thank you for your responce.

So just to make some things more clearer, when i said that the price isn't an issue I meant the price diffrence betwen the GPUs that i  choose, and thank you for telling me, that the case is not big enough, so i wonder if this case is big enough:

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00MNSFBQU/ref=wl_it_dp_o_pC_nS_ttl?_encoding=UTF8&colid=24BH2BBQNFJIW&coliid=I1XZ5NYNR9XY0Y&psc=1

And about the price that is acceptable for me, it is around 700-750 $ top and i mean to play newer games on the market too (like GTA5, the Witcher 3, etc.)
