Budget build $600

Hi, I've been wanting to transition from gaming from ps3 to pc, and I want to start it out with a gaming rig that I can play most games at. My budget is around 600 dollars, and that should include OS, a monitor, and the actual computer. Hope you guys can help me with my pc! Post the builds in the comments, I really appreciate it. And the games i would like to be playing are battlfield 4, rust, gta5. And they dont have to be in max settings.
