Bluetooth headsets and audiocard

Hello, do diffirent audiocards show diffirent sound quality in bluetooth headsets? Or the diffirence is only with the wired ones? 

And another question, can I record using a karaoke microphone on my PC, if I have Realtek ALC1150 for example? I can't record using a karaoke microphone on my laptop, for example ...

usb microphones are usb microphones, they work with every pc that runs OS that is compatible.
