How do I test my Ram? Why does everything get really laggy after xxx amount of time?

Alrighty so I have these 2 sticks on my mobo:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277

Like, even typing this message (not a browser issue).. but everything has a such shitty reaction time. like I the text doesn't even appear in this input box until like 300ms later. It's annoying as shit.

It happens on notepad++, or anywhere on my computer. I'm only utilizing 1.5GB out of the 8gb. I'm on a stock windows installation of 7 64 bit pro.

I can re-start the PC, and everything feels snappy again but after xxx amount of time it get's this slow reaction lag shit everywhere on the PC.

This is a STOCK installation of windows 7 64 bit, nothing is installed except for nodejs I use for programming.

MY GFX card is a 7850 2gb, but I don't think that's the issue. Is this a ram problem or what?

I literally have 34 processes running while typing this topic and at 1.5 gb memory usage.  Is my ram dying? Motherboard dying? why the hell does this slow reaction shit happen. I have a fx 6300 at stock 3.5 ghz (all my temp's are fine on my mobo).

Hmmmm... never experienced this before

I used the imageusb thing and mounted the memtest on my flash drive. My flash drive used to be 14gb.

Now it's only 48MB. what a fucking sham that shitty program was.

I also let memtest run for like 10 minutes,no errors, and was at 8% no thanks aint got time for that shit.

If you don't have time to run a full memtest then you won't know if your ram is good or not. We can't tell you anything other than how to test it
