Best way to make my Samsung S6 Stock

TNortham112

Hi, I was just wondering, what is the best way to make my Samsung Galaxy S6 similar to stock android?

The two options I am aware of are:

  • the material theme on the theme store
  • Google Now launcher

However, the problem with the material theme is that it is only made to look like stock android and therefore is missing a lot of stuff and the problem with the Google Now launcher is that it doesn't use any of the stock android app designs.

Are there any other ways to get stock android on my device without rooting or using a rom?

Not that I know of. I use the Google Now lancher on my Galaxy S4, and I like it a lot more than the stock TouchWiz. You'll just have to get used to the differences from stock if you don't want to root.

Get Nova Launcher.

It brings a look very similar to stock Android and you can use the included Lollipop icon pack.

I have Nova Prime, which is paid and offers extra functionality like gestures, but the free version should be more than good enough for you.
