Who here has crappy internet?

kipper

Crappy can be defined as unstable or just too damn slow, or overpaying...

On my end we have a very unstable connection, always disconnecting, i get like 22ms to UK servers in CSGO though so ping is good.

Our speeds...

I am not the bill payer, however i am the person who deals with them over the phone on behalf of my bro who has autism.

We are on a Sky HD+ Package, net alone though we pay like 10 GBP which is very decent really, but Sky are notorious for intermittent internet, but i am not the bill payer, i can only advise my bro.

I get somewhere around 32ms, 20up, 5ish down and pay $80 for it. The good thing it has only failed twice sense we got it about a year ago so its pretty stable.

Is it bad that my dream setup only costs a few thousand not counting the obutto?

I get reasonably good internet here, but it's a full-blown comcast monopoly and they charge through the nose for their unmetered internet. That's in a house with a working father. Back in Japan we got twice what we get here in a house owned by retirees with NO FUNCTIONING COMPUTERS.

Thanks, America. <_<

Getting .6mbps at the hotel I am at for the summer, back at school I get ~900mbps down pretty consistently... I now remember what it was like several years ago at home when we had to wait for YouTube videos to buffer, or watch them at 240p... first world problems.
