Need help on water cooling build with tube reservoir in Corsair 750D

I am switching from Raystorm 750 EX280 to a build with tube reservoir, with clear tubing, color coolant.

But it doesn't seem like I can put them in my Corsair 750D

This is my current build

Here is a shopping list:

Here is the problem, I tried matching the size of reservoir and pump with my corsair 750D, I realize I do not have enough space.

Paper represent the size of real thing. Here:

I still want to keep the bottom 2 fans. Should I switch to a smaller reservoir? or just get a XSPC res/pump combo 270

http://www.performance-pcs.com/d5-photon-270-reservoir-pump-combo.html

Or maybe someone can show me another way of mounting things?

I saw this before, however, it seems like it is the only feasible solution at the moment.

btw, if I were to use the 270 one, would it hit the top 5.25 bay coz I cant really tell from this angle.

easily doable, this is using the XSPC Photon 170 w/D5 pump:

nvm, Someone from from other forum just showed me a youtube video to prove it is doable for 270

But  I don't want to be limited to this option because this reservoir and pump cannot be separated which prevent any future modification.

Sorry to take over but need to ask, how thick is the bottom radiator and how did you mount the pump?

looks like a ST30 240 (for the top picture) XT45 240 and the pump mount looks

to be a Uni-Mount or an older UN-Mount

It's an AlphaCool ST30 240mm radiator. Pump is mounted using a UN Z2 bracket in both instances. Given your power supply, you might be able to make use of that radiator in your build. The cables will be tight around the fittings, though, as your PSU is the same length (180mm) as my wife's, and it was interesting building around it (picture below). But you can at least use the bracket to mount the pump to the bottom fans if you can't fit the radiator. I'd recommend going to Home Depot or Lowe's as well and finding 00 rubber washers from the plumbing section. It's not even 2 USD for 10 of them and they work very well.

I think I might just get the res and pump first and see how it would work out. Still waiting for any 4th of July sale on performance-pcs.com
