7950 for 3GB VRAM...670 might be a tiny bit faster but 2GB isn't enough anymore

Which is best for gaming, the HD 7950 3GB or the GTX 670 2GB? I will mostly be playing games like GTA V, Minecraft, Skyrim, Garry's Mod and other Steam games.

I have the 7950. Beast of a card. :) 70-80 fps GTA V, While driving it's at 65-70.

The GTX 670 gets murdered by some Skyrim effects: fire, soul absorption, waterfalls...
