looking for a quiet mechanical keyboard

need some suggestions on a quiet mechanical keyboard, as much as i like the sound they make i feel like it would get annoying,

 

wishlist: 

would like it to be as quiet as possible 

macros on the side 

number pad

backlit (any color)

I love mechanical Keys because of how they feel, but my problem is that the travel distance compared to domes is ginormous!!!! Its really hard to move my fingers around the keyboard.
