Windows 8 ricing

Eminem

I want to rice my desktop but I'm not too sure how and what to use.. Also, I have a non licensed copy of windows, just wondering if that will be a problem, I plan to get windows in a couple weeks or so when my next money ball comes in.

I've heard of rain meter and such, but I don't want to just trust random programs, so I'm here to ask what is a good trust-able program that will be nice.

Something like this is the result I'm looking forneon_space_rainmeter_2014_1_0_by_99villa

A term used in the car community sometimes incorrectly to cover all visual modifications, more appropriately used for cars where the owner simply "doesnt get it" and makes a tacky mess of his car. The term "rice" is used because its largely something that took alot of hold in the early 90s when the japanese tuner scene popped up. Even though questional car mods have been around for god knows how long.

it was just the US car guys getting pissed they were being put to shame and trying to find a way to insult the JDM moment :P

Well I installed rainmeter, and I'm pretty confused as to what I need to do now. I have downloaded a skin from their recommended websites, I'm just not sure how to install it lol.

ya its been years but IIRC rainmeter requires alot of reading to get familiar with it. Its not something that would be easily explained here.

I got past the skin installs and currently am right here. I did read through most of that though before I started.

I'm just wondering what to do next. my skin is called speed, as you can see there. I did it through the create .rmskin package and have the files and everything in the right place...

Its all code based in windows notepad. Doubleclick that folder to open it and that should show your speed skin. Then to play around with the text sizing and colors you just right click the widget windows and click "Edit" and thatll open up a fairly easy to use, pixel based coding page in Notepad

Well after around 20minutes of playing around with it and going on youtube I was able to acheive this, It's not as extreme as I wanted but is pretty cool in my opinion
