Dual PC streaming c985 low quality high bitrate

I am using dual pc streaming setup Xsplit,

my Quality of Stream is low Even if i use 3500bitrate 

Right now i am using Preset Medium 2800bitrate

Can i improve my Live stream quality ?

Live Stream and Local Recording use same Codec x264

If you mean the pixeling that happens when you run through area's like that, don't worry, you will never fix that.

Yes the pixeling when i run,

but when i look on unders people stream is not even close to my pixeling

It looks fine for 2800 or 3500 bitrate.

You need a hight bitrate which for streaming means you need a better internet connection.
