I'm seeking for a quiet gaming keyboard, MX Cherry switches are too loud...

Is this keyboard still okay to write? People agree that it's a pretty silent keyboard? Someone know a good silent gaming keyboard?

Huge issue with this review. Maybe the switches are good, maybe they're better for gaming than Cherry MX switches, but how's the build quality? Is there much flex to the deck? And how are the keycaps, are they cheap? Or are they good quality? There's plenty of other things to review when it comes to a keyboard other than just switches. From what the keyboard looks like. It looks, honestly, rather cheap quality. I bet it has a large amount of flex and doesn't have a metal backplate like the majority of mechanical keyboards.

I'll be sticking with my Filco, which is a tank of a keyboard. Something you mentioned in your unboxing.

What do they know of England, who only England know?

"Well that's what I always said I wanted to be remembered for, for being honest. Nothing else is worth a damn"

It's a bit disappointing that Steelseries include a separate controller for lighting, but can't do that for storing the macro configs so that I wouldn't have to be constantly running the Steelseries engine.

At least they still offer the not so bloated version 2 of that.

It baffles my mind that a keyboard with cheap chinese keyswitches is being sold for almost twice the price as the ones with Cherry MX keyswitches, why the heck do people buy this inferior garbage? Also, as a another user mentioned you failed to discuss the overall durability and build quality, which is something you always went on about way back when you did unboxings. Granted, for one the Razer unboxings you did claim it had no flex, which was directly followed by you trying (and succeeding) at flexing it far more than any mechanical keyboard should.

I'm guessing that it's because Steelseries sensed the existence of keyboard shoppers that are in the market for pretty looking, RGB keyboards with less quality parts at a premium price, and so they're just taking advantage of the situation.

The keyboard looks pretty enough, but I really don't feel like it warrants a $200+ price tag; keyboard shoppers ought to just simply look elsewhere.
