Browse the TV options. My old TV did this and it turned out to be a display option on my TV.

I have had this problem for a while and i want to fix it, but i cant, tried to edit the screen size in the intel graphic thingy but it didnt do anything. Resolution is 1280:720. Is there any solution for this or is it just the TV that is old and is not smart enough to do such things? tried changing the aspect ratio too, but nothing.

i had the same problem as neat squid and fixed it the same way. 

Main PC |CPU - i7-6700k|GPU - R9 290x tri-x 4gb|RAM - 16gb ddr4|MOBO - MSI z170 - A PRO|HDD - WD 1TB/240gb Sandisk |PSU - 700w Raidmax

Laptop |CPU - i7 4720hq|GPU - 960m 2gb|Ram - 8gb 2x4|Model - y50-70 Touch|SSD - 240gb Patriot drive|Display - 1920x1080 IPS touch

My Samsung does that you have to change the picture to "shrink to fit" or something similar.

Thanks man, tought i had gone through all option but then i saw aspect ratio on the controller and changed it there. Thanks a lot :D
