I got my hands on a rare mint condition board. It's barely used. I've be filming first ever review on this rare board. Not sure when review will be up but i will start filming with benches and more Linus styled video.

I heard it wasn't a limited edition, they just stopped selling them because it doesn't actually have pcie gen 3 because the cpu doesn't support it. I looked into it too, having a FX 8350, since i needed a motherboard upgrade and got the original 990FX sabertooth board. still works great too. got it used from someone on here.

It's actually does do it. And it was a Limited Edition Product . They only produced very few. And some had defects and rest of us lucky users got none bugged version. But the board is a very solid board. Compared to my standard R2.0 with my FX 9590 it's beast.

Updated OP with board installed on PC the CPU is more faster and more bios features and actual real PCI 3.0 lanes and ect.

Yeah only thing is i want that box the seller only sold me board only :(

Also i will be updating system with AMD Fury X when released so i can go straight to 4K gaming for those interested in seeing these results.

Board was sold as Limited Edition. And i'm doing a video and text review. A proper review as the lucky 1's haven't done it. Plus last bunch was sold in 2013 which has in few hundred or less copies of board.

Not so sure about that. Looks like it's still being actively sold on Newegg. With 745 reviews, in addition to the 16 in the previously posted link. Probably thousands of boards sold by now.

That's not GEN3 look at picture. They don't sell it any more.

Look in desc, newegg probabl!y got it wrong. I called support, it is gen 3

Rare? Theres like 30+ listings for them on eBay -_-

It's not GEN3..... That's some dumb ass guy may say it is when it's not. Asus stopped production on them as they were made in a small batch.

Those are original R2.0 model with none GEN3. It's not the same.
