Computer Black Screen and Bluescreen?

Over the past 3 months now I have experiencing random black screens on my computer while 90% of the time playing games. After troubleshooting I cant seem to find the error anywhere. Also when I try to launch Call of Duty Black Ops it will blue-screen my PC causing a memdump issue. Can anyone help?

 

Specs:

Motherboard: Asus M5a99fx Pro R2.0

GPU: Radeon R9 280x

CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-core 4ghz

RAM: 16GB Ripjaws

Try right clicking

Shhhhh I already tried that. And ALT-F4
