Windows 10 Insider Preview No Sound on Soundblaster Z after Update

Hello,

Since the update to the Windows 10 Insider Preview 10130 (From Today 30 May 2015) my Soundbaster Z stopped working.

Now the only option for me to hear sound is video my Monitor speakers (displayport).

Is someone else having similar problems?

I think you have to wait untill Soundblaster make a new driver for Win 10. Unlikely to hapen before launch. Probably they have a beta driver somewere to download on their webside.

Or it's because of an failure in Wind 10. Will also be fixed until launch....

Well, it says on their driver site, that they will put out drivers coming June. Let's hope for the best

Will be using Onboard sound until then.

I have the same issue, I am using microsofts bundled driver for it.. only issue is i'm stuck in 2.1... No 5.1 support sadly.

System Specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X

GPU: Radeon RX 7900 XT 

RAM: 32GB 3600MHz

HDD: 1TB Sabrent NVMe -  WD 1TB Black - WD 2TB Green -  WD 4TB Blue

MB: Gigabyte  B550 Gaming X- RGB Disabled

PSU: Corsair RM850x 80 Plus Gold

Case: BeQuiet! Silent Base 801 Black

Cooler: Noctua NH-DH15
