Frame Limiter from EVGA PrecisionX16 doesn't work anymore

Hey folks,

i dont know what happened, well i didnt play for like 2 days or 1, but i remember that it worked, now i want to frame limit and it doesnt work,

i tried to reinstall it and didnt work, what can i do?

EDIT: I'm using ver 5.3.3, graphics driver 350.12, gpu: gigabyte gtx 760
