Help me choose a monitor

Hi guys, I just returned my Viewsonic VA2265SMH monitor because it was honestly the worst monitor I have ever used in my life. Terrible colors, extremely obvious ghosting and horrendous response times. I am looking for a 23-24 inch 1080p IPS monitor with thin bezels and a matte finish. I will be gaming and watching movies on it. My budget is roughly $200. Can anyone help me find the right monitor for me? Thanks!!

The ASUS VN248H would be great for $150. The LG 25UM57 would also be good if you want an ultrawide. Finally, the acer g257hu is a bit over budget, but it really is an amazing 1440p monitor for $250.

27 inch 1080p doesn't look that good. I would get the 25 inch or the 1440p edition of this monitor.
