Why do you need 200FPS? If you get a 60hz monitor (like most normal people) your monitor will be displaying 60FPS max, even if your GPU can give you 200+ FPS.

Know how many FPS I will get?

since the 960 is equivalent to a 280, and I have one, you will easily get 250-300 fps on max settings 1080p.

Erm.. Alright.. Pick windows up on reddit for $20 or something. Go to staples or something and fins a mouse and keyboard combo package. I used the Logitech MK550 for quite some time and had no,problem. For CS GO you might want a optical mouse though. Find a nice $120 monitor like this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umfs1aa001Which will do good for awhile until you get money for a nice 144hz IPS panel. If your budget is flexible this will bring you to about $1200 cool if not that's still, cool. The mouse Comeesy said is nice and you can pick up a keyboard for like $10-$20.

Im  a  bit over but you could just get a cheaper mouse keyboard and a smaller HDD. You could also downgrade the gpu.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3pJTxr Blue/Black build. The keyboard and mouse can't go wrong with. It's not gonna be the best but For you bday or Xmas ask for like,a Ducky shine keyboard and a nice Razer or SteelSeries mouse. It'll last you long, To crossfire those 290xs youd easily need a 1000w but 750w will be good especially under load. Like the other guy said $15 for windows on reddit :)

CSGO is a really easy game to drive. I play competitively on ESEA (no I'm not a pro.) Any mid range intel CPU and mid range NVIDIA or AMD GPU will run it well above 200 fps at 1080p. The peripherals are really important, at least for me. Someone above mentioned the SteelSeries Rival and I'd have to agree with him. That's the mouse I'm currently using and I love it. A lot of others prefer the Razer Deathadder 2013 but I've used both and like the Rival more. Another thing to consider if your really into the game is a high refresh monitor. BenQ has some 120hz and 144hz 1080p monitors that aren't super expensive. They're a little more than just a run of the mill 1080p 60hz monitor. Something to consider though.

Agreed in some sorts. I reccodemended a cheap $30 thermal intake keyboard mouse combo. It won't be the best but it'll look and feel like you spent some money on it and be great. Monitors.. I'd go for more power in the PC and say in 3 months get some like a ASUS 144hz 1080p monitor
