A FAN QUESTION (UPGRADE OR NOT)

My case is an nzxt h440 with all stock fans

i have a 2 x 120 mm corsair h100i rad on top with 2 stock fans

Should i upgrade

will it be beneficial

any fan suggestion

You won't benefit by much. It'll definitly be not as loud as the stock fans and you might have 1 or 2°C lower temps, but thats about it.

If you still want to upgrade, I would recommend, as always, be Quiet Silent Wings 2, simply because they have a nice air pressure and pretty good airflow at low rpms and also look great.

I only see the point in terms of volume. Noctuas are whisper quiet, so if you are going for a silent PC, it might be worth considering.
