Why does this one EVGA power supply cost $10 more than the other?

The B2 is newer and probably has a different OEM.

So they're almost the same. Might as well get the cheaper one.

It seems that they are trying to sell them more, since the reviews are kinda sketchy.

The second one is a better GPU though. Why not go for gold at that wattage?

Woah. How does a PSU have a GPU? I've never heard of this before.

G2 has a 7 year warranty, that's why I bought it. It will last me 3 builds\upgrades.

they are not the same!!!

That NEX750G is not a good PSU. http://www.overclock.net/t/1476935/why-you-should-not-buy-an-evga-supernova-nex650g-750g

The B1 (first one in OP, for $69) is even worse.

However the B2 (second one in OP, for $79) is much better and completely different from the B1 and G1. The B1 and G1 are crappy FSP platforms, the B2 is a very solid Super Flower.

Return/cancel that and get the 750B2. Save your $20 and get a much better performing PSU.

My bad, scrolling through the posts I forgot this was PSU and not GPU lol.

Oh. Lol. I was so confused. I thought GPU had two different meanings.

Fine. I won't buy EVGA. What about Cooler Master? How am I supposed to know what PSUs are good?

One is single 12v rail, one is dual 12v rail.

Fine you want the PSU tier list? Have the PSU tier list: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/1116640-psu-tier-list-40-rev-103/
