Need help friend considering update...

Ok so my friend wants to upgrade his GPU, and his current PC is well old... and I normally don't do any kind of partial upgrade or budget build... anyway his build is below. What GPU should he get?

        Operating System
            Windows 8 64-bit
        CPU
            Intel Core i3 3220 @ 3.30GHz
            Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
        RAM
            8,00Gt Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 665MHz (9-9-9-24)
        Motherboard
            Acer Predator G3620
        Graphics
            1535MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 645 (Sapphire/PCPartner)
        Storage
            931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-22RKKA0 (SATA)

Euros (finland) is currency and max 300e but cheaper is better
