Will an Asus GTX 970 fit in a Cooler Master N300?

Hey,

 

I'm a first time builder planning on building a gaming rig. Plan on using the Asus GTX 970 Strix as my graphics card and want to put it in a CM N300 case. The retailer I planned on buying suggested that I should go for a larger case as it would be difficult to fit in my case. I checked the specs in both the websites http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/n300/and http://www.asus.com/in/Graphics_Cards/STRIXGTX970DC2OC4GD5/specifications/ and it seems like it would fit. I just want to be on the safer side so I'm posting here to get some expert opinion.
