NZXT H440 and Swiftech H240X

Pretty simple question...

 

Does anyone know if a Swiftech H240X will fit in the top of an NZXT H440 in either push or pull? I've just heard that some people have had issues with motherboard clearance with rads over 40mm, as combined with 25mm fans, I've heard that that's pretty much the max thickness that will clear with motherboards. My motherboard is an Asus Z97 Sabertooth Mark S if that changes anything with clearance with the IO armour.

Does anyone already have this set-up, or at least a set-up with a different motherboard?

 

Edit: Okay, it might at least fit at one end as the rad is only 29mm thick. But I'm not sure about it as a whole.
