Anyone else Have Witcher 3 Faces LOD BUG?

Its a Minor annoyance , but seriously quite irritating.

 

Version 1.04 , It happened at 1.02 so Patches didn't do anything

 

Changed MipmapBias , (0) - (-1.0) does nothing

 

Changed Resolution to 1080P , still happens

 

All Settings on Ultra

 

i7-4790k, 16GB Ram,2way SLI-GTX 980, Win 7, Latest Nvidia Drivers.

 

Using Dualshock Controller with Inputmapper(still happens with Mouse and Keyboard).

Image Above is what happens when I walk near NPCs , happens about 60% of the time

 

Also I need to press the jump button when I start up the game otherwise He'll have that face for 10secs.

That is incredibly strange, I have not encountered this problem once, I guess you have verify/reinstall the game?

Reinstalled the game , still having the bug.

I've really only noticed this in Novigrad.  Maybe it's just an issue of the population densities.

It happens everytime I load the game everywhere.

That's weird, indeed, maybe a support ticket to the devs may help? I heard they reply quite quickly.
