-Cleared Cmos

-uninstall drivers and reinstall them in safe mode

-changed pcie slot

-use different port on the card

-use different powercables to connect it to the psu

Cpu: i7 4790k

Mobo: asus maximus hero 7

Psu: evga supernova 850 80 plus gold

Take the card out, boot, let it try and do its things. Diagnose one piece at a time. If it boots and works fine without the card, it's the card. If not, report back and we'll see what we can do about it.

Try using iGPU, if it works with the iGPU, then it could be a bad card.

I'm on the Igpu now running at normal res not the big windows one. this is what causes the issue.

cause: nvlddmkm.sys+2d1e65

Driver: nvlddmkm.sys

Although after removing the card the board would give me no memory installed error until I pressed memOK and cleared the cmos again
