Teamspeak DJ w/ VLC trouble

Right so at the moment I have VLC playing on line 1 (VAC) then a music bot for teamspeak at it works great, but, I would like to know if and where i can get a plugin or if there is a setting for VLC to read out (Voice) to say the now playing track so when the track changes it says for example "Track 1 - By Artist"
