Used 780ti Pricing

So Basically I thinking about selling my 780ti on the classifieds, seeing how the value will drop more and more after the newest top end cards are released. Anyway What do you think its worth? I'm in Canada and a 970 is anywhere from $380-450. The only other 780ti on the classifieds for my region is $500. 

 

I know it will come down to whatever a buyer is willing to pay but what about list price. I was thinking $400 but maybe Im a little high although I was think of taking $350 minimum.

So thoughts? 

 

BTW its a reference card and that cooler is worth its weight in gold apparently.
