Cheap, high quality, 11 drive bays, can fit big hardware...need I say more?

Hi, I'm planning on building a small starter data server for something to just keep my data safe so I think RAID 10 will work fine, but I need something that can fit 4 or more hard drives - any recommendations for fitting something like this? Just needs to be pretty low in price
