I can't change the minimum rpm limit Asus z77 board

Hi,

I have an Asus P8z77-V LK and all fan headers are 4pin. I can set in the BIOS the lower limit % rpm at 0% for my CPU, but my chassis fan lower limit is 60% in the BIOS and with AI suite I can only go down to 40% but not lower and since I just spend 50$ for 2 NF-A14 PWM, I tought that with pwm I could go to 20% since my PWM cpu fan go to that %, but it look like this was not the real problem.

I can't change the "Chassis1 Lower Temperature" (in black) because I don't have chassis temp I suppose [on the CPU the lower temp value is 20°C and the chassis fan value is lock to 40 without be able to click on it.

Someone know how to correct this problem, I want to run my noctua at 20% to get lower noise [i'm a little freak]

nobody have an idea how to do it?? those noctua can run at 100 rpm so compare to my cheap cooler master that came with my hyper 212 evo hey should be able to run at a slower % than my cooler master
