What is one that can export all the photos and all the photos are gone from your iPhone?

just plug it into your computer and let itunes do it for you.

I use iExplorer. You can also see and backup data from apps too.

I have the option of both iTunes mac and windows 8.2 for my IPhone whenever i plug it to the windows the photos app loads and asks if you want to copy all with a delete option on completion.

If you have a onedrive account you can set it up to automatically upload them and get 15GB of free storage

I use Ctrl+C Ctrl+V

 

I think cutting works.
