Razer kraken 7.1 sound not working with the Razer surround audio controller! please help!

This is really stressing me out, So i launched up my pc to play some cs go and i released my audio was not working so i checked  Razer synapse to see if the headset was muted  and it was ok. Than went  to the playback devices on my pc it looked like normal and how it use to be when it worked that was all fine. I really don't have a clue whats going on! This may seem irreverent but is there a key you can press to disable your sound on a k70 because I cleaned it before coming on the pc on the same day it decided to loose sound on me . 

 

The headset does work because the skype sound comes through the headset but not any other programs 

 

Anyways here are the screenshots of the Playback devices and a demonstration of the Razer surround audio controller working but with no sound.

have u checked that all your sound drivers are up to date and installed even i have had sound drivers uninstall before by accident

Sound drivers for Razer headsets are downloaded in Razer Synapse. So if Synapse dosn't say that it needs to update, then you have should have the newest drivers.
