Help Data Recovery !

My sea gate barracuda drive recently stopped working and ime sure its the circuit board burnt out due to a dodgy PSU. what i have done is purchased a spares and repairs of exactly the same drive and i am going to swap over the circuit board (TO BE CLEAR I AM NOT OPENING THE DRIVE) what are the chances of getting my Data

With the spares and repairs drive, are you sure that it's not the circuit board that died?

If you manage to transpose the circuit board correctly, I guess you have a good chance of doing it, however I'm not going to say that it's definitely going to work.

the spares and repairs drive says that it spins up but has bad sectors and bad health

the spares and repairs drive says that it spins up but has bad sectors and bad health 

Also the drive will be used one more time for complete data transfer to a new drive
