Which Motherboard? Asus, Msi...

Just buy the cheapest one, motherboard has no impact on performance and since your budget is tight you are better off spending money somewhere that makes a difference.

asrock h81-hds, msi h81 e35 v2 comes to mind.

I'm happy with my Asus board, can't really speak for the other boards though.
