Proper settings for Adaptive mode

I set my system into adaptive mode but from the ai suite i still sees that the vcore is at the value that i input it when im not running much stuff.

How to determine whether did i alrd switched to adaptive mode?

Is there anything i missed in the bios?

Anyone can tells me the whole proccess?

I prefer using HWinfo. The vcore reading reads the current voltage in real time, the VID value reads what you put into the bios. Run Prime95 and watch the vcore flyyyyyyy...
