CPU running hot, mixed temp readings

Hi guys I need help as this is driving me mad,

So here's my setup:

-i7 4770K

-EK Supremecy block

-EK 780ti block

-Aquacomputer D5 USB pump

-EK 240 & 120 rads

-Feser one fluid

I have it set up like this:

Res>>Pump>>GPU>>120 rad>>CPU>>240 rad>>Res

The cpu has been overclocked using the motherboards (asus z87-plus) built in function (TPU) and it has done this:

Strap: 125

Voltage: 1.2v

CPU cache ratio: 31

Despite all this I am getting quite high temps considering the cooling being used: (The following temps are from HWmonitor and realtemp)

At idle I am getting around 46'c, at load 80'c and under prime95 stress test 100'c.

I should also note that my GPU doesn't get above 50 under load.

I have check the thermal paste which seemed sufficient and definitely not too much.

My other problem is while HWmonitor shows 46'c the ASUS software only shows 39'c and under load HW shows 80'c while ASUS only 70'c. Realtemp was worse as under stress testing it reported 100'c while HW reported 84'c and ASUS 80'c. So it is all a bit random.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I just spend £60 on a second Rad that hasn't changed a thing.

Any extra info, pictures, video just ask.

You don't need more rads. That's plenty.

Remember- the order of the loop does NOT matter. Make sure your pump is running. The reason why your CPU runs at this temp is probably because it's either:

-not attached to the CPU block correctly (uneven surface)

-you attached the tubing the wrong way. It has to go to the INLET and go through the OUTLET, otherwise it will not cool properly.
