It really depends what your driving...

 

If you have a 1600x900 screen res then yes, your card won't be at 100% utilization because there is NO need to..., if your pushing 1080p-1440p it should be sweet..

Some games will FULLY use an i5's CPU package, BF4, GTA5 for example, both games will push 90% usage across your cores, other games are not so bad, at these times of extremely high CPU usage the GPU usage may drop but quickly recover.

 

Overall I'd say NO, but some scenario's may have a FPS drop occur, but it usually recovers just as fast as it dropped.

The i5 4460 is quite a good processor, so it would only affect you at games like metro.
