Is this a good build?

Zefues

Is this a good build to run heavy games like GTA V etc. Does the GPU have enough power to run from the power supply? Any changes (Please keep the cooler) on this build?

R9 290 is a great card but why not just buy a 295? i currently have the Msi krait motherboard so thats great i would say a i7 4790k ONLY if you're going to render videos, but if its just for gaming then thats a great cpu.

Everything else seems great :)

Seems alright, either get a K skew CPU or a H97 Mobo (It will lower price a bit and work the same). and get a Hyper 212 EVO instead of an H55.  PCPartPicker link would help a lot.
