Good laptop under $300 with SSD and Ethernet?

I'm looking for laptops that are just good enough for standard casual browsing.

RAM doesn't matter, as long as it's DDR3 (I have a few sticks from her old computer I can use).

 

Ethernet is a must though, our WiFi is absolutely terrible.

Only thing I can think of is a Chrome book, but they shouldn't even be considered computers. And the SSDs in them are around 16GBs and they have no other storage built in so....I would not suggest it at all.

You could get a chromebook and then buy this attachment if the one you want doesn't have ethernet.

Acer, Samsung, & Lenovo all make amazing Chromebooks.
