What do I do with a dead card?

I have a Gigabyte R9 270 that doesn't work when I start up my computer and the fans doesn't move, I only had it for one year and I want to know if anyone knows how to fix a dead card.

Some people pop theirs in the oven, so i'd try that...

 

Wait for someone to give you proper instructions cause I don't remember them lol

 

EDIT: Or of course RMA it...

If the warranty is valid still, you could RMA it. However, I turned my card into a coaster.

If warrant is valid RMA it. If not I'll take it, and enjoy it as a decoration

you can replace the FAN

and since it's only a year you should consider to RMA it

RMA the card and you'll receive a new one :)

Even though he was essentially a rebrand, that guy could compute some graphics like there was no tomorrow-ish.

This card was the first and last card that i'm ever going to use TwT

 

 

 

 

This card had it moments with all the non overclocking and watching stuff ;) But its time to let this card go....... The great moments are stored in its 2gb of gddr5, With high quality videos.

It should have warranty correct? RMA it.

 

 

 

I checked the warranty on the card its still valid plus I just have to wait 5 days for the msg from gigabyte. Thank you for all the help and support ^_^

what I do in these cases is buy a exact copy of the product...and then send back the old one...as the new one...saying it died on me...

and I don't feel bad at all about it cause the product shouldn't die on me that quickly
