Help me find the best deals coming to buying Windows for multiple work stations

As the title says, I've been asked at work to update the os in multiple workstations just because I am the only one who knows about software and hardware.

 

The os required by the big boss standards is windows 2008 r2 standard, but seeing how windows 2003 is about to be cut off, I'm considering maybe giving the alternative of upgrading to 2012 instead.

 

However, there are too many options, and I've always thought the best way to start a research is asking the experts about it.

What are some of the best deals I can find in both the 2008 and 2012 versions for multiple worstations? I'm talking about more than 30 computers that need upgrading. Azure and cloud working is not an option.
