What is this GTA V error on freezing?

So long story short my GTA V keeps freezing without an error report.  Below is a list of remedies I have tried 

 

*Reboot 

*Latest stable and beta drivers for my GPU (R9 280x)

*move the memory paging file to my C drive only (SSD).  im running several SSDs and HDDs

*uninstall/reinstall the game 

*update rockstar social club

*toggle the landing page 

*move gpu settings from maxed out at 1080 to lowest details at 1080

 

This is the file with a log on what happened during my most recent crash, but I have NO IDEA how to read it
