Computer parts breaking?

Hey guys, I was wondering, when you order a component for a computer, electronic, phone, etc. how often does it come shipped in broken? Was it noticeable or was it just not working when you tried to fire it up? I just want to know my ratio for some of my computer parts coming in broken in shipping. Thanks.  ;)

DOAs are very rare. DOA = dead on arrival. Sort of self explanatory.
