Cheap TV vs Expensive TV - Any difference?

Mrbluee

A cheap 40" TV for £234 : Digihome 40/278

A more expenive TV for £330 : LG 42LB561V

Now my question is, is a more cheaper TV mean that it is worse quality? If I just watch TV would any of these make a difference.

Its usually just a price for construction and a name brand. I wouldn't worry about the cheaper one tho, as some of their other TV's have some stellar reviews. I'd take my chances on the cheap one.

Most of the time it's simply the brand name...

There's always a way...

I used to work in a store where we sold cheap TV's and expensive, at one point we were sending back more of the cheap TV's than we were getting in stock. More expensive TV's usually come with better build quality, colour reproduction and brightness. I would always go expensive than cheaper.

Look for a used 1080p tv on craigslist. Sometime there are real gems on there.
