Display or HDMI?

Recently I got a new GPU that support display port but I only have a support hdmi monitor on 1080p 60Hz. so should I buy a display to hdmi cable or should i get a hdmi to hdmi cable??

An HDMI cable will work just fine.

its a digital signal, so there will be literally zero difference between hdmi and display port for your situation.

at 1080p 60hz, there is no difference between displayport and HDMI.

HDMI since it's cheaper. There will be no difference image-wise.

Just so you know, there is no "display" connector, it's "displayport" (one word)

 

In terms of connectors, displayport is superior, supporting higher bandwidth and it has a locking connector, but in your situation the locking connector is the only real difference you would have.
