I think there is a way in windows or an aplication to setup a timer that say after 30 min the screen locks.

there is this thing. but I think you have probably windows 7 or 8... could try it tho..

Please i have a pc gaming hall. I have 6 pcs and monitors set for clients.. .. How do i control the clients? I mean the time

Oops! Multi Timer is what I intended to say. It is a program that has multiple count down timers running at the same time. And it's free. 

 

Here is the link from CNET/download.com be careful when clicking next on the install, because if you are not you will install adware. (As per usual on download.com)

Already tried. When it hit the edge, I wanted to kill myself.
