Mobo won't post

_kevin

My Gigabyte H97M-D3H motherboard will not post. I bought a seperate speaker and installed it to figure out the error message, and I get two short beeps, which according to support (http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/faq-page.aspx?fid=816) is either a CMOS error or a Memory parity check error, depending on the BIOS version. Since the model I have comes with an AMI bios, it seems to be a Memory parity check error.

I was hoping I could get some help on what to do with that error, as I'm not entirely sure how to go about it.

Things I've tried to rule out other components:

Paperclip test - PSU works 100%

Tried RAM in all slots with each stick - RAM seems to work

CPU fan spins - cpu seems to work

Here's my computer (didn't include other components as it doesn't even post while breadboarded)

I also uploaded a 13 second video of the computer booting and then looping and failing to post. Once it resets you can hear the two speaker clicks, at least that's what I interpreted it as. I titled it "cmos" originally but that's when I thought it was a cmos error, don't think it is now.

Thanks in advance guys!
