Logging and monitoring at work.

Hi Guys,

I'm just wondering. How much can be logged and monitored at Work?

The monitoring software should be System Center Endpoint Protection.

can it be seen how many minutes is spent on each program or website?

can it be seen which websites are visited?

is there a way to bypass this? :-P

That being monitored only means Windows Defender is active?

Because they'll only see a connection to the VPN and nothing beyond?

"Your PC is being monitored and protected" means that the anti-virus is monitoring for threats not that IT is watching what you're doing... Although that could also be the case just not with SCEP.

I know for a FACT, our pc's are being watched through the IT-Service :-P

They've told us specifically.
