Looking for two monitors for PC and Console use

So I'm looking for two monitors to set-up for my PC and Consoles, looking for the best monitors that I can get for $300-$400 (each willing to possibly go a little more). Would like to have some thing with 1ms response time. Anybody's expertise is welcome. Here is my PC btw: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/FHFGNG

You don't even need a fancy monitor for console gaming just find a cheap 1080p monitor with minimal input lag, and spend the rest on your pc monitor.
