I have been looking for some new headphones(Doesn't have to have a mic because I can use modmic). Any suggestions?

Budget?

Without budget I would recommend high end Astro A50, lower for money HyperX Cloud II

Headphones don't have microphones.. It's called a headset if it did.

120$ is the max.

Without budget I would recommend high end Astro A50, lower for money HyperX Cloud II

 

Astros would be a downgrade.

Meh, I'd get something open for 100 dollars, and I have to bring up my bass by 2-3db to make it "normal" other wise it's too flat.

Well, JVC HA-S680 is an option and dont cost all that much, another one is V moda LP1 but the price jumps up and down so finding one for around 120 might be a challenge.

Those are two options at least to consider.

There are some other once as well I could suggest but those might cost abit more.

Not sure what the price are on them :P

If you don't need a mic maybe wait for the HD558's to go below $100, last time I checked they were $110.

What kind of music do you like? I have the ATH-M50x's, I use them for airplane rides. I wouldn't recommend for a primary at home headphone as they get fatiguing after a while because their closed design and if your at home open is better in my opinion.

No the opposite, they come in handy if you use them on the go because there closed and block out sound, they have passive noise cancelling.

Ok I am looking for headphones that never leave my desk, but I do like noise cancelling.
